BMC Internal Staff - Consultation Stage 1

Overview

We have launched Consultation Stage 1 of workplace change for Brand, Marketing and Communications and Information Management and Technology Services. 

The detailed Draft Change Proposals have been shared with staff and meetings are taking place this week. Please review the Draft Change Proposal for your Division and then provide feedback.

The University is committed to consulting with staff and their representatives in accordance with the Managing Change obligations in the University’s Professional Services Enterprise Agreement and we welcome your thoughts and feedback on the Draft Change Proposal. The University will give genuine consideration to matters raised by affected staff members regarding the impact of this change.

Comments that identify individuals or use inappropriate language will be removed.

All feedback will remain anonymous (unless you choose to leave your name) and data will be de-identified in reports. Your username or IP address won't be used to identify your responses.
