Consultation Stage Two - Feedback: Complaints, SARC & WHS; and P&C Business Partnering Streams

We have launched Consultation Stage Two for the following Streams:

• Complaints, Safe and Respectful Communities & Wellbeing, Health and Safety
• People & Culture Business Partnering 

This will be undertaken separately to the change process for UOW Operations. We invite staff feedback to shape the development of any formal Final Change Plan.

The processes will be conducted in alignment with the requirements of the University’s Professional Services Enterprise Agreement. To inform all staff we will continue to update our Transformation Hub as we progress through this process.   

Comments that identify individuals or use inappropriate language will be removed.

All feedback will remain anonymous and data will be de-identified in reports unless you choose to identify yourself. Your username or IP address won't be used to identify your responses. 

The survey will be open until 5pm on Tuesday 16th December 2025.
