Preliminary Phase - IMTS Internal Staff

We have launched the Preliminary Phase of consultation ahead of potential workplace change for Brand, Marketing and Communications and Information Management and Technology Services. 

This phase will outline the rationale for potential change, our goals and invite staff feedback on the proposed model to shape the development of any formal Draft Change Proposal. The objective is not to evaluate individuals, but to identify improvements that strengthen accountability, efficiency, performance and alignment with Vision 2035 and Strategic Plan 2030.

The processes will be conducted in alignment with the requirements of the University’s professional Enterprise Agreement. 

Comments that identify individuals or use inappropriate language will be removed.

All feedback will remain anonymous (unless you choose to leave your name) and data will be de-identified in reports. Your username or IP address won't be used to identify your responses.
