This is your opportunity to contribute to UOW’s future direction, our purpose statement and the core themes and elements that should be reflected in our 2030 Strategy.

Here's what you need to know about the 2030 Strategy consultation survey and how your input will be used:

  • The emerging themes for each core area reflect consultation and 2030 Strategy discussions to date.
  • There are five separate, short surveys that cover a draft purpose statement and the core themes:

  1. UOW’s Purpose

  2. Student Experience and Teaching

  3. Research, Innovation and Commercialisation

  4. Our Communities and Partners

  5. Our Operations – People, Process and Technology

Feel free to complete all five surveys OR only those that interest you.

We encourage all staff to complete UOW’s Purpose survey. A clear purpose statement is a reminder of UOW’s core mission, our existence and sense of belonging.

Each survey should take less than five minutes to complete.

The surveys close on Monday 16 September 2024. All responses will be de-identified.

This is an important opportunity to provide feedback and input to our strategy to ensure it is progressing in line with staff expectations. This feedback will help inform the next consultation draft, expected to be available for comment later in the year.

Updates on the progress of the 2030 Strategy are available from the 2030 Strategy site.
