Preliminary Phase - Complaints & Safe and Respectful Communities

We have launched the Preliminary Phase of consultation ahead of potential workplace change for Complaints & Safe and Respectful Communities. This will be undertaken separately to the change process for UOW Operations, and at this stage it is important to note that no decisions have been made. This phase will outline the rationale for potential change, our goals and invite staff feedback to shape the development of any formal Draft Change Proposal.

The processes will be conducted in alignment with the requirements of the University’s professional and academic enterprise agreements. To inform all staff we will continue to update our Transformation Hub as we progress through this process.
